Mr. Kartsev has been the manager of the Class A office center “Domnikov” project since 2004. Prior to working for the Group, Mr. Kartsev worked in various managerial capacities for Mars and Aeroflot. He is a graduate of the Moscow State Engineering Physics Institute and the Moscow State Institute of International Relations. He also has an MBA from the Moscow State Institute of Civil Aviation Engineers.

Before becoming one of the Group’s deputy general directors, Mr. Kalachnikov was the chairman of the board of directors of OJSC Hotel Zvezdnaya and OJSC Hotel Zarya. Prior to that, he worked in various managerial capacities with several real estate and consumer products companies. Mr. Kalachnikov has been closely involved in the development of the Meyerhold Office Centre and the Novotel Moscow Centre Hotel. Mr. Kalachnikov graduated from the Moscow Chemical Machine-Building Institute

Mr. Mazharov has significant experience in real estate sales business. He worked in Arthur Andersen consulting company in Business Consulting Division. Before joining the Company Andrey Mazharov worked as General Director in Terra Real Estate company. Mr. Mazharov has graduated from Russian Government Finance Academy and International University in Moscow specializing in management.

Mr. Porzhenko has graduated from the Moscow State LAW Academy . He has a wide experience in legal support of development projects and in elaboration of consumer and mortgage credit programs. Mr. Porzhenko has managerial experience in such companies as: “DC Mortgage Finance Netherlands B.V.”, CJSC Russian Standard Bank, Managing company of Banking Group “SBS-AGRO” , Urban Institute (USA) and has participated in legal support and development of Meyerhold Office Center and Novotel Moscow Centre Hotel construction projects.

Mr. Evgeniy Serov has graduated from the Bratsk State Technical University; he also has an MBA from the Buckinghamshire Business School in London, Great Britain. Evgeniy is a member of an ACCA professional body. He has a wide experience in audit and finance. Mr. Serov has held the senior positions in such companies as Horwath Rus (Horwath International) and Ernst and Young. He actively participated in the preparation and realization of the second additional issue of ordinary shares (SPO) of JSC "OPIN" and the implementation of other projects of the Group.
